【2018.01.01】论坛规定、公告整合

论坛规定及公告已经全面整合，取消“官腔”和“模棱两可”类的规定，潜在规定已落实或取消。
注册本会员代表同意本论坛协定及服务条款内容，并有义务遵守以下规定，请仔细阅读本站规定。
有任何问题或补充请第一时间联系管理员，或者反馈。

基本规定：
1、本站免费注册、会员ID仅限个人使用，不得买卖、借让论坛ID，否则后果自负；
2、遵守当地法律及国际法，做到文明上网；
3、严禁以任何方式上传或发布淫秽、毒品、赌博等内容及相关擦边球内容；
4、尊重他人人身权益，不得对他人进行人身攻击、隐私泄密、毁谤侮辱等，不得侵犯他人合法权益；
5、不可教唆、引诱他人犯罪，不得散布虚假消息，不得散布对儿童及未成年人有害的内容如红色、恐怖、暴力、迷信等。

会员的权利和义务：
1、会员在遵守本站规定情况下、可自由使用本站功能，如修改信息、发帖、回复、写日志、上传照片等；
2、新注册会员请尽快升级用户组已得到更多权限，可以通过发帖、推广、绑定QQ、邮箱、上传头像等等；
3、用户可自由上传头像，但严禁涉及广告、欺诈、色情、恐怖和侵犯他人权益等相关图片；
4、用户ID、头衔、昵称、前面等不得出现低俗、脏话、侮辱、冒充他人等；
5、会员不得私自以本站名义对其它网站进行挑选、攻击。不得散布、挑起站点间的纠纷，或有损本站形象；
6、不得盗用本站资源，不得将本站资源转载到非法网站及不符合本站规定的网站；
7、不得私自让管理员及版主加分、解封等，不得对其它会员进行欺诈、恐吓等；
8、不得在其它网站诽谤、侮辱本站或本站会员，不得与站外人员合伙攻击本站。

内容发布、上传规定：
包括发布帖子、回帖、相册、文章、群组、空间等。
1、发布、上传内容须遵守本站基本规定及会员义务，这里不重复强调；
2、转载标明出处，作者等信息，不得侵犯他人权益，不得冒充他人；
3、禁止发垃圾广告、木马病毒、欺诈、外挂、盗版、传销、非法营销等内容；
4、禁止发布能引起人不适或不良联想的内容，严禁带有性暗示的内容，严禁儿童色情；
5、不得发布容易引起民族纠纷、社会问题、恐怖主义的等内容，不得在本站攻击其他站点；
6、发帖按照板块和分类进行发帖，不得发无意义的水贴，严禁发杂图，否则扣5-10威望；
7、禁止恶意挖坟、爆吧、辱骂他人，否则视情节封号3-6个月；
8、禁止带有以下网站水印图片“小女孩埨譠”、“蝌蚪”等；
9、街拍是允许，并鼓励能反映出当地生活和地方特点的作品，但严禁在图书馆、超市等地拍摄他人裙底、走光等低俗内容。
10、尊重相关板块、群组、空间规定（如：童心交流区禁止发布应试教育课本有关的内容）。

注：请遵守带有蓝色字样的规定；带有红色为禁止内容，如果违反本站有权永久封号；绿色为建议内容。

法律相关：
1、本站表示会自觉遵守相关法律（主要参照中、美两国法律）；
2、如果发现违法、侵权等现象请及时联系站长或在论坛举报，我们会根据情况给予屏蔽或删除。拒绝在事先没有联系本站的法律投诉；
3、由于会员可能并不了解其他国家的一些法律，因此还希望多多包涵和提醒，谢谢配合。

VIP\积分\权限说明：
1、论坛积分，本站论坛积分分为威望、论坛币；
　　威望决定积分、用户组和权限，注册默认为0威望(用户组：入学)，QQ注册初始威望为2(用户组：学前班)，注册后绑定QQ、E-mail分别可以加2威望，每发一篇帖子得一威望，版主评分等也可以获得威望。
　　论坛币对于权限没有影响，但是可以用来参与论坛站内获得和购买商品、道具、收费主题、VIP会员等，小星星几乎可以通过参与论坛任何获得获得,并且也可以通过充值获得。
2、用户组分为普通用户组、管理组和VIP用户组
　　普通用户组只能通过威望增加进行升级，从低到高权限逐渐增加。
　　管理组只能通过任命来获得，具有管理权限。
　　VIP用户组需要通过购买获得。
3、如何查看和管理积分、用户组、权限？
　　可通过个人菜单“设置”按钮来进行操做，
查看“用户组”和“权限”，查看“积分”和“充值”，购买VIP会员
